MATTRESS LIMITED WARRANTY

Enjoy peace of mind with our mattress e-warranty. All mattresses are designed and made using high quality materials and handcrafted to ensure each mattress produced are of superior comfort and durability.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, as outlined below. 

If you notice any defect, please contact the dealer from which you purchased the mattress. If the dealer is unreachable, please contact our customer service at (603) 3342 7698 or email us at [email protected]. To proceed with a claim, you must, register the warranty within 1 month of purchase at our website www.mattress-warranty.com and be within the duration of the warranty, provide the purchase receipt including date of purchase and be the original purchasing consumer.

For defects found within the first year of purchase, the repairs will be done at no cost, excluding transportation. After the first year, repairs will be pro-rated based on the retail price and the mattress’s age, again excluding transportation costs. 

Please note that the mattress warranty only covers against manufacturing defects and will be voided if the mattress has been soiled or burnt, infested (e.g., bedbugs), or has received obvious abuse or improperly cared for. Any cost involved in the transportation of the mattress for repair is not covered by this warranty and must be borne by the purchaser. 

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or comparable quality. After your mattress is repaired or replaced, this limited warranty will not be renewed or extended. Please refer to the Warranty Period section on our website for details. 

Any and all implied warranties on this product shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. The warranty begins on the day you purchase your mattress and the warranty must be registered through our www.mattress-warranty.com website within 1 month from the date of purchase or it will be void. 

Lastly, please note that the warranty is only valid in Malaysia and the warranty will be void if any alterations or repairs on the mattress is done outside our factory. The warranty ownership is also non-transferable and is deemed void when mattress is sold to third-party. 

WARRANTY COVERAGE DETAILS (MATTRESS)

The mattress warranty covers only the following items during normal wear:

Mattress Limited Warranty

• Body impressions or sagging that measures 2 inches (5.08cm) or greater, only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate bedframe with center support, or a minimum of 5 cross slats with center support that extends to the floor. 
• Wires that are loose, broken or protruding through the fabric (Not due to physical abuse or improper care)

The Warranty does “NOT” cover items not expressly listed in the “Warranty Coverage” section such as, but not limited to:

• Transportation cost
• Mattress purchased from second hand parties or non-retail establishments
• Comfort Preference such as firmness, texture and feel
• Replacement of another piece in a mattress, unless it is also defective
• Body Impressions or sagging in the mattress that measures less than 2 inches (5.08cm)
• Damages to the mattress due to misuse or abuse; including but not limited to jumping, sitting on one area for a long period of time, or poor storage or environment conditions.
• Mattress damages due to an inappropriate foundation or when an incorrect or poor-quality bedframe is used
• Fabric stains, soiling, fluid penetration, burns or infestation of bedbugs i.e.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse service and invalidate the warranty when the mattress, even if defective, is in an unsanitary condition (due to physical abuse or improper care, including but not limited to bodily fluid stains or soiling or infestation), when the mattress has evidence of damage from liquid penetration, cleaning or the use of cleaning fluids, or whenever the product failure is caused by factors other than defective workmanship or materials. 

It is responsibility of the owner of the mattress to ensure that the mattress is used in a safe and sanitary condition. Should the mattress be damaged due to unsanitary conditions, the warranty can be invalidated and will no longer be covered by the warranty. For the health and safety of anyone who would be required to dispose of, or otherwise handle, the mattress, we may refuse to inspect such products to assess whether it is covered by the warranty, in which case, we reserve the right to deny any warranty coverage. 

Please note that the use of cleaning liquids or fluids may damage the fabric and material of the mattress. If any liquid or fluids enter the mattress, it may cause damage to the layers of upholstery, causing the materials to lose its original structural integrity. Either of these situations may result in damage that will invalidate your warranty.

This warranty service is only available in Malaysia and please retain proof of purchase and register on our website www.mattress-warranty.com within 1 month from date of purchase to validate warranty coverage.

WARRANTY PERIOD SECTION

The warranty period coverage is different for each brand and varies from 5years, 10 years or 12 years.

ALL brands mentioned under this section is eligible for 12 years warranty on ALL models.

10 YEARS

ALL brands mentioned under this section is eligible for 10 years warranty on ALL models.
